Confused by all the options in Office 365?

Confused by all the options in Office 365? Skype, Yammer, Teams, SharePoint…

Platforms in the Cloud are quickly evolving and so has the range of features and tools it brings to users within them. As much as they may make many of our lives easier, they can also bring a lot of confusion & disorder between various employees.

Giving people access to many tools and they’ll use them all improperly or not at all, deemed with little experience.

Don’t let ‘shadow IT’ creep into your business by letting team members go off and find their own familiar, often consumer-style products. Why not instead give them the strategy & training on the right tools that best-fit the needs of the business.

Let’s take an overview of Microsoft Teams

Joining a long-line of communication and collaboration tools; Team’s is Microsoft’s single-platform answer to a multitude of business operational needs, all in one place.

Operating from a single ‘pane of glass’, users can access instant messaging, file sharing, calendars, video conferencing, intranet-style information wikis and notes all within the one desktop application or online app.

By consolidating to the platform, you won’t need to look back on the days of switching between a multitude of apps, losing track of your files or disappearing under a mountain of emails.

A quite surprising, but totally understandable, statistics are showing Teams to be outstripping all previous Microsoft products to be their fastest ever growing platform! The simplicity combined with an all-encompassing approach, has captured the crowds looking for a 365-linked alternative to the likes of Slack.

Teams is available widely on the majority of Office 365 subscriptions at no extra cost. Most of the core features are available as standard, however there are additional features such as the embedded phone system, which can carry additional fees.

What more could you possibly ask for!
