We never promote IT solutions for the sake of it. We appreciate many clients aren’t technology minded, and so we never bombard them with technical jargon. By the time we get to many businesses, they have already set up their IT company infrastructure, often based on ‘gut feelings’ or by ‘copying’ what others have done. This can lead to a path that doesn’t really ‘fit’ and mistakes have been made. This is why I am business focus led and not technology led. We look at individual businesses and make sure we implement the ‘right’ tech practices to suit them. For example, if a business’s primary IT goal is to collaborate on work remotely, we would focus on video conference calls rather than selling a secure email service.
